Dr. Tommy Kim is excellent. He is funny and very nice. Everyone in the office is nice. The office is nice looking and a great location. I had a back molar that broke off below the gum line and there was not anyway to replace the crown. So it needed to be pulled. It did not hurt as much as I expected. I felt taken care of by the whole team.

Dr. Tommy Kim is amazing! He is a professional who not only inspires confidence, but also makes his patients comfortable. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Kim and his office have been very supportive throughout the entire process and follow up. Dr. Kim and the nursing staff was fantastic. I went in for a consultation and they were able to fit me in next day for a biopsy. The nurses that I spoke with during both visits were very knowledgeable, answered all questions easily, walked me through the procedure so I had no worries. Scheduling was easy, I was given my prescription during my first visit so I could have my medication ready before the procedure, and payment was easy and very reasonable. As an extra bonus, Dr. Kim was hilarious which helped distract me during the procedure! I will definitely recommend Dr. Kim and this clinic to everyone. Thank you for the excellent care!

Recently had my bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim. Scheduling was super easy and flexible. The surgery was went pretty fast and the staff were all really nice. It's probably different for everyone, but I had minimum swelling and bruising. The front desk and the surgical team were available and helpful when I had concerns post surgery. Plus, both doctors there prescribed me generic meds rather than branded, which saved me lots of money (generic and branded meds are almost exactly the same but branded cost a lot more than generic).

Had a great experience getting a cracked tooth removed and initial prep work for an implant. Only 30 minutes in the chair and no pain. Dr. Epstein and staff are very friendly. Highly recommended, Jim

I had my wisdom teeth pulled about a month ago (all 4!) and I had a great experience! I was super nervous (I hate needles and had never had surgery before) but the staff there really made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. From the front desk people to the dentist and support staff to the consultation liaison to the finance person, everyone took care of me and gave me all the info I needed. I had all my prescriptions available before the surgery so I could fill them beforehand and be prepared. I had a consultation and then was scheduled very quickly. They did all the legwork with my insurance! My only thing was that I was told I wouldn't need to take off work (but I took a couple days off anyways) and for me personally, I definitely needed it! I highly recommend this place and also giving yourself a good window for recovery.

I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Epstein and the process from consultation to procedure to post-op was smooth, professional, and complete. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location can make parking a challenge, so allow for that.

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I can't not thank Dr. Epstein and his team enough! I have been holding off this procedure for years now and finally had the courage to do this. It was awesome that I was able to have my consultation and procedure done the same day. I was in and out in less than an hour. They walked me through every step of the way and made me felt very comfortable. I experienced no pain and really appreciated the clinic checking up on me after the procedure. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

They called back for my 2 week update. I don't have the best results from the TMJ Botox - at least the relief I was hoping for. However, I think my case is fairly extreme - they insisted I come back for a free check-up to see what is going on and help me further and I really appreciated that. Will update again after my appointment next week.

I am SO happy I chose Dr. Epstein for my earlobe repair surgery. I was extremely anxious about the pain of the procedure but I was assured there would be no pain and they made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The procedure was surprisingly fast and easy, and the pain level was zero. The Dr. did a perfect job and I can't believe my ears look normal again!

Boy has it been a long road for me and Dr. Epstein and his team. I was referred here by my dentist and I've always felt welcomed here. I have had some difficult-to-treat medical issues, and the team here has always approached my case with cautious confidence, which has helped my spirits when I felt like what I'm dealing with is never going to end. The women that work along Dr. Epstein never fail to make me smile and feel at home. And by the way the office is beautiful! And free parking off the street! I am so thankful for you guys.

So I found Green Lake Oral and Dr. Epstein online when looking for a well reviewed oral surgeon. This can be hit and miss for sure BUT this time it was a home run! Dr. Epstein and his entire staff were delightful and explained everything to me. No surprises at all which is huge for me personally. The day of they were very attentive and kind while I was in the chair and was without a doubt one of the best experiences I could have hoped for. I am now 3 weeks removed from the having my top wisdom teeth out and everything went according to the plan. If I hear wisdom teeth in a conversation I will be referring this team! Mike

Absolutely the best experience I could've had as far as oral surgery goes... The staff and Dr. Epstein were out-of-this-world warm and inviting. From the moment I came in for my consultation to my recovery time; I was completely comfortable through each step. Surgery to remove 4 wisdom teeth went incredibly smooth. My recovery was painless and easy and the office was fantastically communicative and informative. No question seemed silly to ask. I will highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his team over and over!

I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein and the staff at Green Lake Oral and Facial Surgery. They listened to my concerns about experiencing pain during the procedure and assured me I would have none. The procedure could not have gone any better. The staff is great. Two days post-op and I've had no pain, no swelling and no problems whatsoever. I would not hesitate to return.

I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was a great, easy experience. Wonderful staff and Dr. Youn was very informative. Office is inviting, bright and clean and the location is easy to find. There is parking in the garage below the building.

Paid around $2500 without insurance, removed 4 wisdom teeth, I would highly recommend Dr. Quin's full-sleep wisdom removal surgery! I just slept for 30mins, went home after that, didn't bleed much after the surgery, didn't take any pain pills either. And I healed in a week, my friend think it's amazing! I would give five stars, due to previous assistance Amber's unprofessionally service, 4/5:)

I met Beatrice, one of the assistants, while she was temping at my office while her office was closed for a week. When I found out Beatrice worked for Dr. Epstein, I asked if her if he performs Blepharoplasty procedures to remove under eye bags as I had always been disappointed with how mine looked. She said yes and recommended I come in for a consult. I did, met Dr. Epstein, he explained that yes, he could do the procedure and gave me a realistic outcome after healing, and what to expect. I had this procedure performed in May of 2017 and the result is fantastic. I even emailed them daily photos of my healing process so they could see my healing progress and to show other people what to expect. No scars, no "lines", and no more bags under my eyes. Beatrice is what made this whole thing possible. Being a dental assistant myself, I was so happy to find someone else with passion for customer service, a genuine interest in the field, and trust in the employer she represents. The *entire* staff was great. I was even given a free chemical peel a few weeks after the procedure. Dr. Epstein was great, personable, and definitely pleasing to the eye. 😉

Dr. Epstein is sharp and friendly. My tooth extraction and implant went really smooth. The equipments are ultra modern and very good. With the view of Greenlake it is as relaxing as it can get. The assistants, and the other staff is friendly. If necessary, I would choose this place again. The treatments are expensive, but I paid once for the entire treatment, followups and anything else that might come up in between-- it was easy.

I recently had the Dr. do ear surgery on my right ear. Basically, my earring yanked down and stretched out my ear piercing (close to ripping my ear lobe). The Dr and his assistant did a FANTASTIC job! One week later and you can barely tell that anything happened to my ear! The procedure only took about 45min. Very simple and painless. My ear was pretty sore for about four days - it was bruised and pretty darn swollen! But by day 5, much of that subsided! He kept a stud earring in so I could keep my piercing. I returned a week later to have the stitches removed and my ear looks GREAT!! practically back to normal! I highly recommend this clinic, as the whole team is friendly, welcoming, and very professional!

Green Lake Oral and Facial Surgery is a great place. Dr. Epstein and his staff are wonderful. Everyone on the team is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, friendly, and thorough. As soon as you arrive the front desk is always very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Moreover, Dr. Epstein is terrific and provides excellent results. I felt well taken care of at this practice and I highly recommend them.

My Dentist, Dr. Vicki Fidler, recommended Dr. Epstein saying that she had only glowing reports from her patients; now I see why. Everyone at Green Lake Oral and Facial Surgery was kind, caring, patient, and the level of care I had was excellent. I had to have a tooth pulled under IV sedation because of my level of fear - that tells you something right there - and everyone in the office went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. Dr. Epstein took his time in explaining what was going to happen, and the day of the surgery was patient when I became scared. It's now one day after surgery and my level of discomfort is so low I haven't even had to take a Tylenol. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew and his practice (shout out to Beatrice the Surgical Assistant, and Shannon the Patient Care Coordinator, for their kindness and going above and beyond). I've been to other Dental Surgeons in Seattle, and while they were good at what they did, this level of caring is unsurpassed in my opinion. Thank you so much to the Green Lake team!
