From the beginning, their consultation was excellent — they were so nice and accommodating. They listened to all my questions and made sure that I went home feeling comfortable with my next steps for wisdom tooth extraction. On the day of surgery, Dr. Kim and his staff were excellent. Everything went smoothly, and they made sure I felt comfortable as they got started. Post-op, they followed up the day after and a week after to make sure recovery was going well, and I always felt like they were ready to support me in case of any complications. Dr. Kim was very thorough and gave me instructions not to use any tobacco products and return for a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. They make sure to take the time to answer any pressing questions you have and take the time to review your procedure at whatever depth you’d like to know! Maya assisted me as was super sweet and reassuring as I rambled along several questions and I was able to get scheduled very quickly and transparency about cost and payment options such as care credit or cherry financing was appreciated as well!Posted on Google

In the last week, I’ve taken exactly one ibuprofen , healing has been great! Won’t be as afraid of the dentist anymore :)Posted on Google

The tech and doctor did great explaining the procedure and the admin/billing person did a similarly great job explaining the costs. I will be doing my procedure here as they quoted me at nearly $6k less than the original oral surgeon I visited previouslyPosted on Google

I mistakenly showed up at the Green Lake instead of the Shoreline office and the staff calmly redirected me and advised the correct location that I would be a little late. Dr. Kim was unconcerned and handled the extraction gently and kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain. A tooth extraction is never fun, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Posted on Google

Cameron Curtis80 days ago5 star experience that started out terrible but Dr. Kim’s support has been great. Started out: the implant I received got an infection in the jawbone. It happens sometimes, was pretty unpleasant. Once I went in with questions, Dr Kim did not mess around. He went in, cleaned out the infection.
