Paul2 days agoMy 16 year old son recently had four wisdom teeth extracted and had a great experience with Dr. Epstein and his team. From the initial consultation, through the actual procedure and the post op process, we were very satisfied with the team’s experience and professionalism. My son experienced minimal pain and bleeding which we were able to address with Tylenol, and the very detailed and clear post op procedures. There were no complications and he was pretty much back to normal in a little over a week. We definitely would recommend Dr. Epstein and his top notch team.Posted on Google

Emily Ritter3 days agoGreat experience with Dr Kim! He’s very confident in his work. The work I had done healed up just as it should! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work and the entire team did a fabulous job keeping me calm. Only recommendation I have is don’t do any major dental work on a Friday. They have an on call nurse for texting or calls which is great! They are really responsive !! However if you need to get checked out (to put your nerves at ease) you have to go to urgent care or ER. No on call staff for urgent visits on evenings and weekends.Posted on Google

Laura H4 days agoI had surgery to remove teeth and two implants in September and have two implants put in. Dr Epstein and his surgery team got all that done in one short visit. I was so reassured that I wasn't even that nervous. My mouth has healed really well and I only needed Tylenol after the surgery. Alex followed up with me the next week to check on how the healing was going. Claire was very helpful too with the appointment and payment information. Friendly staff.Posted on GoogleEmily Ritter5 days agoVery nervous and scared to finally deal with the procrastination on my wisdom teeth as an adult! Wish I would have done this many years ago! Dr Kim and his team were fast efficient and made me feel at ease. Dr Kim was a 2nd opinion choice surgeon and I am very happy I went with him. I had lots of questions during the healing process afterwards and they were available and reassuring the entire weekend. Only thing I would have loved to have had available would be an after hours or weekend urgent visit with their clinic available. Sometimes for us anxious patients having a peace of mind is necessary. So I don’t recommend a Friday surgery if you’re the anxious type! ;) I am healing up very nicely!! Highly recommend Dr Kim!Posted on Google

Stina12 days agoThis by far has been the best oral surgery place I have ever been to! Shout out to Ashley! She’s such a caring assistant! Dr Epstein is amazing!! Really knows what he’s doing! Barely any pain while in surgery! Claire the front desk receptionist is super nice and caring, and understands. Definitely coming back for my next extraction! Thank you again guys!!! October 2026 Second time coming back! Missed my girl Ashley! But had a great time with maya! Very friendly bubbly assistant who helped in procedure room. Dr Epstein is always great to work with! I’m so glad I got to run into Claire! She’s truly the best person there! Takes care of patients and getting them situated with their insurance. I do have to mention that the front desk crew could be a little more friendlier, and work on verifying wether or not a patient is getting put to sleep for procedure, I was only given laughing gas and was told I could not eat 8 hrs prior that really wasn’t cool being told wrong information. I have the obvious pain right now but I’m sure that eventually I’ll get better. Alex was the doctor’s assistant and he was very helpful and explained me every detail about the procedure. Even though I met Dr Epstein before my procedure for a couple of minutes, he did a great job.Posted on Google

I'm not going to dock them a star for this, but their parking garage is terrible: difficult to find the first time (and they should communicate tips to first-time patients) and uncomfortably tight to drive through, let alone actually park in; for the first time in my life I scraped my car against a structural support column trying to get into a tiny spot reserved for their practice and will remember that awful garage every time I see that yellow paint streak.Posted on Google

Sammie Shaw21 days agoI don’t usually have positive reviews for doctors’ offices, but Green Lake Oral + Facial Surgery is the exception. If you have to get teeth removed, this is the best place to go! The staff is incredibly kind and their office is pleasing and calm. They were able to get me in on very short notice when I was in need and they were diligent about making my experience as quick and painless as possible. In my opinion, this surgery center is the gold standard for doctors’ offices.Posted on Google
Bruce Watson21 days agoLast Spring my dentist removed an old crown from a molar and discovered a badly decayed tooth beneath. Dr Tommy Kim was able to get this tooth pulled and the bone prepped for an implant the same afternoon. Local anesthetic only, which is my preference. All follow-up including the implant into the bone has been great and now I am finally cleared to have a tooth placed on the implant. If I need another extraction/implant these folks will be doing it.Posted on Google
