The entire care team made the experience a breeze. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and was super wigged out since I never had an IV or sedation before. Admin was very helpful with answering my questions and the assistants were so diligent and gave me an ice pack before putting the IV in so it didn’t hurt. After that, I blinked and it was over. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Green Lake Oral & Facial Surgery. From the beginning, their consultation was excellent — they were so nice and accommodating. They listened to all my questions and made sure that I went home feeling comfortable with my next steps for wisdom tooth extraction. On the day of surgery, Dr. Kim and his staff were excellent. Everything went smoothly, and they made sure I felt comfortable as they got started. Post-op, they followed up the day after and a week after to make sure recovery was going well, and I always felt like they were ready to support me in case of any complications. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking to get their wisdom teeth extracted!

Gorgeous office, very nice staff. Appointment was quick and easy for me. Needed a second opinion on some work and was taken care of very well, concerns explained etc. If ever I need some more complicated work, I'll definitely head back over here.

I visited Dr. Kim to assess a few spots on my gums after being referred by my dentist.  Dr. Kim was very thorough and gave me instructions not to use any tobacco products and return for a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. As someone with pretty bad dental anxiety, I can definitely say the staff here is very kind, patient and reassuring! They make sure to take the time to answer any pressing questions you have and take the time to review your procedure at whatever depth you’d like to know! Maya assisted me as was super sweet and reassuring as I rambled along several questions and I was able to get scheduled very quickly and transparency about cost and payment options such as care credit or cherry financing was appreciated as well!

I went in for a tough extraction. These guys were pros! I’d asked to be sedated and that went off so well; woke up as promised in 45 mins, all done. In the last week, I’ve taken exactly one ibuprofen , healing has been great! Won’t be as afraid of the dentist anymore :)

I came here go get a 2nd opinion for a fairly complicated procedure. The tech and doctor did great explaining the procedure and the admin/billing person did a similarly great job explaining the costs.
