JAWNT Oral Surgery is our Shoreline practice, located on Westminster Way N in the Aurora Square area, near the intersection of Highway 99 and N 160th Street. Complimentary parking sits directly outside the building, and the office features ground-level entry with full wheelchair accessibility — no elevators or stairs required.
The Shoreline office was designed with a smaller, more intimate feel while delivering the same clinical quality as our Seattle location. Patients from Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood, and north Seattle find it easier to reach than traveling into the city. Dr. Matthew Epstein
Dr. Epstein is the founding surgeon of Green Lake Oral & Facial Surgery and practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery alongside cosmetic facial procedures. He is known for meticulous technique, natural-looking aesthetic results, and a calm, reassuring approach with patients who feel nervous about surgery.
Dr. Tommy Kim
Dr. Kim completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at St. Joseph's University Medical Center and brings particular depth in dental implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, jaw surgery, and sedation techniques. His calm demeanor and thorough communication style put patients at ease from the first consultation forward.

Information for Referring Dental & Medical Professionals
We actively collaborate with general dentists, periodontists, orthodontists, endodontists, and primary care physicians throughout the Seattle–Shoreline area. Referrals can be sent to either location depending on patient geography and procedure type.

Do I need a referral to schedule at either location?
No — referrals are welcome but not required at either Green Lake Oral + Facial Surgery or JAWNT Oral Surgery. You can contact us directly to schedule a consultation. If your dentist or physician referred you, please bring your referral paperwork and any imaging to your first visit.
Are the same procedures available at both locations?
JAWNT Oral Surgery in Shoreline offers the core range of oral surgery procedures including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, jaw surgery, and Botox for TMJ. The full scope of cosmetic facial procedures — including blepharoplasty, chin and neck liposuction, and corrective facial surgery — is available at the Green Lake Seattle office, which houses our complete surgical suite.
Which location is closer to me?
If you are in Seattle, Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, or surrounding neighborhoods, our Green Lake office at 7900 E Green Lake Dr N is likely your most convenient option. If you are in Shoreline, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, or north of the city, JAWNT Oral Surgery at 15823 Westminster Way N in Shoreline is typically easier to reach.

We offer a full range of anesthesia options at both locations, including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, IV sedation, and general anesthesia. Yes. The Green Lake Seattle office has complimentary underground parking accessible from the west side of Lakeside Plaza. JAWNT Oral Surgery in Shoreline has complimentary parking directly outside the building, with ground-level access and full ADA compliance.
