Fantastic, cutting edge practice, great staff. I'm not going to dock them a star for this, but their parking garage is terrible: difficult to find the first time (and they should communicate tips to first-time patients) and uncomfortably tight to drive through, let alone actually park in; for the first time in my life I scraped my car against a structural support column trying to get into a tiny spot reserved for their practice and will remember that awful garage every time I see that yellow paint streak.

I don’t usually have positive reviews for doctors’ offices, but Green Lake Oral + Facial Surgery is the exception. If you have to get teeth removed, this is the best place to go!
The staff is incredibly kind and their office is pleasing and calm. They were able to get me in on very short notice when I was in need and they were diligent about making my experience as quick and painless as possible. Last Spring my dentist removed an old crown from a molar and discovered a badly decayed tooth beneath.  Dr Tommy Kim was able to get this tooth pulled and the bone prepped for an implant the same afternoon.  Local anesthetic only, which is my preference.  All follow-up including the implant into the bone has been great and now I am finally cleared to have a tooth placed on the implant. One would not expect having multiple wisdom teeth pulled to be an enjoyable experience, and yet, it was! My dentist referred me to Dr. Kim's office for an emergency removal and they were able to take care of me the following morning. All of the staff were lovely! Alex was my surgical assistant and was very friendly and communicative beforehand; he made me feel much calmer about the whole process :) I'm all out of wisdom teeth now, but if there were more to banish, I'd let him stitch me up again. He and someone else from the office also checked on me that evening and a week later to ensure I was on the mend. It felt much more personable than other offices I've been to!

Also, to any accompanying drivers: per my friend, the waiting room furniture is comfortable and Chocolati cafe (around the corner) makes a great mocha ;)

Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, spent a great deal of time making sure I understood everything and did not try to sell me expensive treatments, procedures or devices like every other TMJ doctor I have been to. Kind and empathetic.

The only thing that would make it better is if they took insurance and the 3% cc fee is a but much considering how much you're paying. That is just a cost of doing business and should be incorporated into the cost of service, not added on later.
